Dairy-free: day four

Making dairy-free choices is getting more difficult. I like to have variety in my life, and I’m starting to feel as if I’m being too restrictive. I need to open up my diet to new foods. I’ve set up a board on Pinterest to help with my search for dairy-free and vegan foods.

Skin

My skin still feels dry but most of the redness has subsided. I’m still not sure if this is a result of the salt bath I had a few days ago or if it’s the dairy-free lifestyle

What I ate

Yep, you guessed it! Peanut butter on granary bread with a banana and black coffee.


Last night, I prepared my lunch in advance – tuna, spinach, cucumber and baby tomatoes, washed down with coconut water


Dinner was salmon mixed with high protein pasta – then drizzled with olive oil, pine nuts and parsley.
